Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations must be requested before dispatch. Once the equipment is dispatched or delivered, cancellations may not be possible.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after verification. Refunds are credited to the original payment method via PayU Payment Gateway. Processing may take 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable for equipment damaged due to improper usage, violation of rental terms, or services already rendered.
